About the Role

As a Dutch Customer Support Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for customers and marketplace sellers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with their questions and concerns.
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and returns.
• Provide support to external marketplace sellers.
• Help customers with questions regarding digital products and services.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal departments.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while representing one of the Netherlands' top online retailers.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• High School Diploma.
• EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.

Benefits

Base Salary: 1435€ gross/month

Long-Term Career Opportunity

• Initial 12-month employment contract.
• 12-month contract extension.
• Permanent contract after 2 years.

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break.
• Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.
• Operating hours between 07:00 AM and 11:00 PM .
