Office/Warehouse Housekeeping Staff

The Office/Warehouse Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of office and warehouse areas to ensure a safe and organized working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain office areas (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, restrooms)
  • Sweep, mop, and sanitize warehouse floors and work areas
  • Knowledge of general cleaning procedures (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash disposal)
  • Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment (vacuum, floor polisher, etc.)
  • Dispose of garbage and ensure proper waste segregation
  • Basic knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness in both office and warehouse areas
  • Refill supplies such as tissue, soap, and cleaning materials
  • Ensure cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and storage spaces
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness
  • Report any maintenance issues (leaks, damages, safety hazards)
  • Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Support other housekeeping or utility tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate
  • With experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or utility work is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and use of cleaning equipment
  • Trustworthy, hardworking, and detail-oriented
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
  • Time management skills (can follow daily cleaning schedules)
  • Awareness of safety practices (especially in warehouse environment)
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Responsible and organized
  • Willing to do heavy cleaning and physical tasks
  • Can work flexible hours (including overtime if needed)
  • Can follow instructions and company policies
  • Maintains proper hygiene and presentable appearance
