People Systems Analyst

• This role will support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement and continuous improvement of our global HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday HCM and Absence.
• The position focuses on improving HR systems to optimise processes and ensure our global platforms remain reliable, efficient and aligned with business needs.

About you

• Experience supporting enterprise HR systems.
• Knowledge of HR system configuration, testing and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Experience with Workday releases, enhancements or additional modules is an advantage.
• Workday certification is desirable, but equivalent HR systems experience will also be considered.
