Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial projections, monitoring company sales and expenses, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare regular financial reports
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and projections
• Monitor company sales performance and identify trends or variances
• Track and analyze company expenses to ensure cost efficiency
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget analyses
• Compare actual financial results against budgets and forecasts
• Assist management in strategic planning and decision-making
• Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement in financial performance
• Prepare profitability, pricing, and cost analyses
• Support cash flow planning and monitoring
• Coordinate with other departments to gather financial and operational data
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports.

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or related work
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role

·Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools

·Experience with ERP systems or accounting software is an advantage

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• CPA, CFA, or relevant certification is an advantage
• Experience in sales analysis and expense monitoring
• Experience working in a fast-paced business environment
