Position: Collection Specialist ( Onsite )

• Company name : Puso Partners Inc.
• Location: Aspire Corporate Plaza,Pasay (CBP1 Bay Area )- 8th floor
• Schedule : 6 days/week

Employment Type: Full-time

• Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Salary: 18,000-21,000/month

Pay: Semi Monthly Payout

Benefits: Government-mandated benefits provided- SSS /PAG IBIG / PHILHEALTH ( Complete / Full Remittance)

Qualifications

• -with or without experience in collections, customer service are welcome to apply.
• -At least 2 years in college or a K-12 graduate
• -Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• -Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• -Willing to work in Pasay City

Job Responsibilities

• -Contact clients to remind them of outstanding balances
• -Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments
• -Maintain accurate records of collection activities
• -Coordinate with internal departments regarding account status
• -Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures
• -Meet daily and monthly collection targets
