📣 WE’RE HIRING: IMPORT OPERATIONS ASSISTANT 📣

TOP Logistics is looking for a reliable Import Operations Assistant to assist in handling import shipments, documentation, and coordination with shipping lines, brokers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• ▪️ Assist in processing import shipments from pre-alert to delivery
• ▪️ Prepare and monitor import documents (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.)
• ▪️ Coordinate with shipping lines, brokers, truckers, and internal teams
• ▪️ Track shipment status and provide timely updates
• ▪️ Ensure compliance with company SO Ps and import regulations
• ▪️ Support billing and documentation submission

Qualifications

• ▪️ Graduate of Customs Administration, Logistics, or a related course (preferred)
• ▪️ At least 6 months–1 year of experience in import operations, freight forwarding, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• ▪️ Knowledge of import documentation and processes is an advantage
• ▪️ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• ▪️ Good communication and coordination skills
• 📍 Work Location: Don Chino Roces, Makati City
