FOR DIRECT HIRE (URGENT)

📍 Location: Corinthian Hill, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Receive garments and record customer alteration requests.
• Take accurate body measurements needed for clothing alterations.
• Provide information on services, pricing, and completion timelines.
• Coordinate with tailors regarding customer instructions and fitting requirements.
• Maintain records of customer orders, fittings, and garment pick-ups.
• Answer phone inquiries and schedule fitting appointments when needed.
• Ensure the reception area and customer records are organized and properly maintained.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or tailoring/alteration shop is an advantage.
• Ability to take accurate body measurements using measuring tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Basic knowledge of garment measurements and clothing alterations is preferred.
