About The Role

- Budget: Budget is at 70K to 75K (max)
Position: Accounting Head
Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related Business course
- CPA is an advantage but not required
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance with relevant laws.
- Strong understanding of financial management, analysis, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
- High level of integrity and ethics in handling financial matters.
- work setup: Hybrid, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, required 2 days RTO additional RTO days depends on work exigencies

Position: Accounting Assistant
Budget: is at 20K to 27K (max)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., creating formulas, pivot tables, and financial reports).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred (but entry-level candidates may also be considered).
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
