About The Role

  • Position title: Accounting Team Lead
  • headcount: 1 (one)
  • Budget: Budget is at 70K to 75K (max)

Position: Accounting Head

Qualifications

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related Business course
  • CPA is an advantage but not required
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ethics in handling financial matters.
  • work setup: Hybrid, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, required 2 days RTO additional RTO days depends on work exigencies

  • Position title: Accounting Associate
  • headcount: 1 (one)

Position: Accounting Assistant

Budget: is at 20K to 27K (max)

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., creating formulas, pivot tables, and financial reports).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred (but entry-level candidates may also be considered).
  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
  • work setup: Hybrid, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, required 2 days RTO additional RTO days depends on work exigencies

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm
