Are you a qualified Automotive Technician looking for a rewarding role with a premium brand? Castle Hill BMW is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician - Pre-Delivery & Reconditioning to join our high-performing Service Team.

Working in our modern, state-of-the-art workshop, you'll be responsible for preparing new and pre-owned BMW vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality and presentation.

The Role

Key responsibilities include

• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure vehicles meet BMW standards before handover.
• Carry out reconditioning work including minor mechanical repairs, cosmetic enhancements, and safety checks.
• Conduct road tests to verify vehicle performance and identify any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to meet delivery timelines.

What we're looking for

• A relevant automotive trade qualification
• Previous experience in a pre-delivery or automotive technician role.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with a commitment to quality
• A strong work ethic
• Full NSW driver’s license and sound driving record
• A current and valid driver’s license
