About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our service experience — managing the customer journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection. You will deliver a seamless, transparent and premium service, keeping customers informed at every stage while ensuring absolute clarity around timelines and costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, professional customer service for all service and repair enquiries
• Coordinate workshop bookings to optimise productivity and efficiency
• Proactively follow up with customers and generate additional workshop opportunities
• Accurately prepare and cost repair orders and invoices in line with Group standards
• Maintain strong product and brand knowledge through ongoing training
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding key performance targets

About You

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or Service Advisor role
• Outstanding communication skills with a warm, professional approach
• Strong ability to build rapport both in person and over the phone
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
