We’re currently looking for a polished, people-first Receptionist (Casual) to join our front-of-house team. This is more than a front desk role—it's an opportunity to shape memorable first impressions while supporting the ongoing OEM training coordination.

The Role

As the face of Brisbane BMW, you’ll create a warm, professional and effortless experience for every guest, every time. Alongside reception duties, you’ll play a key role in coordinating training that supports our people to perform at their best.

• Delivering a welcoming, attentive and memorable arrival experience for our clients
• Managing reception operations, including calls, emails and guest enquiries
• Coordinating and scheduling OEM training programs
• Supporting administrative processes with efficiency and attention to detail
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external training partners

About You

You’re organised, energetic and naturally service driven. You anticipate needs, stay one step ahead, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

• Experience in a reception, front-of-house or administrative role
• Exceptional communication skills and a warm, professional presence
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask with ease
• A proactive mindset and high attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
