--BUSSER/SERVER ASSISTANT--

Ideal Candidates

• Experience: at least 1 year experience with food industry
• Must be able to carry a large oval tray and stand/walk for hours.
• Pace: A natural sense of urgency.
• Professional, confident, and guest-focused
• Team-oriented and detail-driven

Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to the correct table and seat number. Ensure garnishes and sides are correct.
• Clear plates and glassware between courses (pre-bussing). Reset tables quickly and perfectly after guests depart.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room floor, restrooms, and side stations.
• Assist servers during service

--DISHWASHER/PORTER--

Ideal Candidates

• No experience required—we value attitude and work ethic above all else.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand in a wet/hot environment for hours, and perform repetitive motions.
• A "can-do" attitude even when the pit is at its busiest.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Maintain clean back of house (BOH) areas
• Support kitchen team as needed
• Maintain a clean and dry "pit" area; sort and stack dishes safely to prevent breakage.
