Principal Function and Responsibilities

  • ➡️ Check actual conditions of the books before processing transfer in
  • ➡️ Process stock transfer in/out
  • ➡️ Monitors stock inventory level and recommends replenishment
  • ➡️ Conducts physical inventory
  • ➡️ Prepares SAR and other needed documents in reconciling inventories for review of the Branch Supervisor
  • ➡️ Prepares requisition of stocks
  • ➡️ Reconcile all inventories with variances
  • ➡️ Stacks/store books at designated inventory locations
  • ➡️ Delivers BOS transactions
  • ➡️ Pick up shipment via sea/airfreight and deliver/ship stocks via sea/airfreight
  • ➡️ Assists AE/Driver during deliveries and pick up of stocks from/to clients

Qualifications

  • ☑️ 1-2 years related work experience
  • ☑️ College degree holder
