About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with experience supporting hiring across Europe, DACH, and broader EU markets. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to attract top talent across diverse business and technology functions.

This role requires a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex hiring challenges while building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across European markets, including DACH, Germany, Netherlands, and other EU regions.
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate assessments covering skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations, relocation requirements, work authorization, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on European hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

Required Experience

European Recruitment Expertise

• Hands-on experience recruiting across Europe, DACH, Germany, Netherlands, and wider EU markets.
• Understanding of EU hiring regulations, work authorization requirements, EU citizenship, and Blue Card processes.
• Strong experience managing cross-border recruitment assignments.
