What You'll Be Doing

As Assistant to the Financial Controller, you'll help ensure the smooth running of our finance operations by

• Assisting the Financial Controller with day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
• Preparing financial reports, reconciliations, journals, and supporting documentation.
• Supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Assisting with financial analysis and management reporting.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Liaising with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes and controls.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who

• Holds a qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
• Has previous experience in an accounting or finance role (considered an asset).
• Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Is organised, trustworthy, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
