About The Role
- Carry out electrical installation works as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within social housing properties.
- Install and replace sockets, switches, lighting, extractor fans, cookers, and associated electrical components.
- Complete first-fix and second-fix electrical works to a high standard.
- Work safely and in accordance with current electrical regulations and site procedures.
- Liaise effectively with site management, residents, and other trades on site.
- Ensure works are completed within programme timescales and to client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area and demonstrate a professional approach at all times.
- Accurately complete any required job sheets and installation documentation.
- Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector
- Valid CSCS card
- Tools - 110v or battery-operated
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle (van preferred)
- Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate
