About the Role

Nurse Practitioner

• $140/visit
• Travel: Eastern WA Traveler. Covers Spokane and adjacent counties (Spokane)
• In-home, local travel
• You choose your hours (min. 24/week). Just assessments, no meds, no Rx, no clinic.

What You'll Do

• Complete 6–9 in-home health assessments/day
• Review of medical history and risk factors
• Collect vitals, labs, and screening data
• Document findings in EMR
• Educate members on next steps
• Coordinate follow-up if red flags show
• Travel across Eastern Washington (Spokane and adjacent counties)

Who You Are

• Must have license/certification: APRN, Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Must be registered with Medicare and/or Medicaid
• Valid driver’s license + reliable car
• Able to work independently in the field
