Business Development Executive - Night Shift

iGATE Technology is a Pakistan-based ecommerce solutions company providing end-to-end services across business development, branding, marketing, PR, and operational support. As a Business Development Executive, you will play an important role in driving outbound sales performance and building strong first impressions with prospective clients. This is an opportunity to contribute to a fast-moving B2B sales environment where thoughtful outreach, consistency, and customer focus all matter.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Drive production-focused outbound sales activity.
• Manage the entire sales cycle through strategic calling to new and existing prospects.

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound calling and a track record of hitting or exceeding daily outbound sales KPIs, including dial counts, connects, and proposals.
• Accent & Clarity: Exceptional communication skills with a neutral/American accent and crisp pronunciation. You must be able to articulate value propositions clearly on the first ring.
• Resilience: Ability to handle high call volumes and objection handling without losing momentum.
• Research Skills: Ability to quickly research a prospect's business model before the call to personalize the pitch.
• Consultative Approach: You don't just read a script; you ask discovery questions to uncover pain points.
• Market Exposure: Experience selling to B2B clients in international markets and engaging business owners, procurement managers, or category managers.
• Location & Eligibility: Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for this on-site role and eligible to work in Pakistan.
• Availability: Available to work night shifts from 08 pm to 5 am.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience using HubSpot to log activities and track pipeline is a plus.
