About The Role

Exempt, Grade 16 is allowed Sales Incentive Program (SIP) eligible * Implement & execute Company policy , strategy and targets * Achieve the required sales plans * Study market trend & to build up and develop a strong business relationship with customers * Increase company profitability * Present complete offers to reach profitable agreement and finalize contracts terms * Deliver total solutions to achieve customers' requirements & troubleshooting solving in any of business cycle * Gaining new accounts. Monitor customers sales & increase sales by cross and range selling * Improve sales team skills, competencies, productivity & performance * Plan & monitor monthly and yearly sales targets with sales team * Ensure that the sales team implement & achieve the requested plans and targets * Monitor competitors' activities & report it to the country director. * Monitor customers' orders, deliveries and services provided * Support in money collection with bad payers' customers Manage the day-to-day sales team at assigned FSR accounts & build relationships with customers and potential business associates to promote Diversey products and services. ● Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. ● Communicate effectively with cross functions to optimize output. ● Provides coaching and training to the team, helps in setting sets goal, is accountable for performance of the sector, plans staff development, and makes and approves people management decisions in collaboration with management (including recruitment, promotions, terminations, and compensation).
