As a 10-month fixed-term Treasury Specialist you’ll play a meaningful role in handling Nasdaq’s global liquidity, driving market transactions, and supporting effective financial risk management across the organization. About This Opportunity Nasdaq Tax and Treasury is a global central function supporting business entities across the organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with teams worldwide and contribute to initiatives that support Nasdaq’s key business priorities. You’ll join colleagues based in New York, Vilnius, and Stockholm, and help support the continued development of a premier Tax and Treasury organization. Also, you’ll be part of the Global Liquidity team, responsible for managing the firm’s liquidity and mitigating operational, financial, and reputational risk through close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Implement daily market transactions across foreign exchange, fixed income, and money market instruments in line with internal policies. Monitor and handle cash positions, liquidity needs, and FX and interest rate exposures to support operational funding requirements. Use the Treasury Management System in a front-office capacity, including deal entry, position tracking, and limit controls. Support treasury-related initiatives such as company integrations, dealing model enhancements, and FX hedging programs. Collaborate with internal collaborators across regions to ensure accurate, efficient, and well-controlled treasury operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, or Banking. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Clear communicator with strong written and spoken English skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Qualifications Interest in technology and operational improvement. Experience with BI and/or RPA tools. Exposure to working in a global, cross-functional environment. This is a 10 month fixed term role located in Stockholm and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
