Key Responsibilities

Own Global Settlements: Manage day-to-day global payout operations for CANVAS creators, transforming our current monthly cycle into a highly efficient, scalable process.

Champion Creator Success: Act as the primary point of contact for payment-related CS inquiries, guiding creators through payment method registration, troubleshooting payout delays, and building clear, self-service help guides.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Planning, and Engineering teams to diagnose system errors, patch operational gaps, and advocate for system automation.

Prep for the Future: Lay the operational groundwork for upcoming high-volume initiatives, including the rollout of subscription settlements, the expansion of ad revenue-share, and managing the operational transition during the Super Like phase-out.

Minimum Responsibilities

Bilingual Fluency (English and Korean): Professional-level proficiency in both written and verbal communication is required to collaborate effectively with South Korea-based engineering and product teams.

Operational Experience: Proven track record in operational execution, financial operations, or project management within a fast-paced environment.

Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, including finance, product management, and engineering teams.

Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify system operational gaps, analyze process inefficiencies, and implement swift, accurate resolutions.

Salary Range and Description

  • $60,000 - $80,000 / annually
