The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic, high performance Business Support team. The role will provide high quality administrative and organisational support to Tax Partners and the firm initiatives along with operational management for the team.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Day to day you will

  • Handle extensive diary and email management for Partners.
  • Organise and/or coordinate activities such as meetings, team events and national firm initiatives.
  • Project manage day to day workflow to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support of office systems and processes, including maintaining databases.
  • Finalise correspondence e.g. engagement letter formatting.
  • Prepare, format and design documents such as reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Other general administrative duties as required.

What you will bring to our team

  • 2 years+ of PA, administrative, or operational experience (knowledge or exposure to Professional Service Firm environment is an advantage).
  • Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and efficient.
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Highly adaptable and able to effectively manage shifting responsibilities as the role develops.
  • Proactive approach to challenges and problem solving.
  • Work collaboratively with co-workers to deliver collective outcomes.
  • Ability to exhibit sound judgement and adapt to KPMG systems and processes.
  • Open and eager to learn and utilise new technologies including AI to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Professional and friendly.
