About The Role

To provide support to the HR operation to ensure that employees have a smooth transition from preboarding, onboarding to offboarding, and that all relevant HR processes are carried out in compliance with company policies.

Assist with the preboarding activities to ensure that all necessary employee information is gathered, work passes are approved when necessary, and all other preparations are finalized prior to the employee's arrival.

Facilitate the onboarding process to guarantee that the new employee experiences a seamless adjustment to their new workplace.

Oversee the attendance and leave management system to ensure that employee attendance and leave requests align with company policies.

Manage employee personal files to keep personal information current and secure.

Track and ensure timely renewal of all work passes.

Maintain inventory records to ensure proper accountability and storage solutions.

Administer employee awards and other operational duties to ensure adherence to company policies.

Assist in the offboarding process to make certain that both the organization and the employee complete all required tasks before the employee departs.

Engage in and support the company's continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of HR operation related experience
  • Knowledgeable about the Employment Act

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-oriented

Capable of communicating clearly with employees
