About The Role

This role provides data entry and administrative support across multiple business functions, including Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, Logistics, and Accounts . The position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth office coordination, and effective internal communication.

Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain company records and databases

Prepare and maintain documents, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with company procedures

Provide administrative support across Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, Logistics, and Accounts

Extract data from Excel to produce accurate reports for management and key stakeholders

Assist with general office coordination and day-to-day operational support

Conduct periodic checks and reconciliations to ensure data integrity

Support internal communication through team meetings and virtual collaboration platforms

Undertake additional administrative duties as directed to support business operations

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administration role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Intermediate to advanced Excel, G Suite) with the ability to work across databases and systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work

Desirable

Experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration
