This fantastic position is designed for individuals who are not only fluent in Danish but are also passionate about e-commerce. In this role, you will be essential in delivering a high-quality online shopping experience to our Danish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing effective support.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order tracking, returns, and payment methods.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Accurately manage and process customer orders throughout the order lifecycle.
• Stay updated on current product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve customer service and experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and an understanding of online shopping behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing superior customer service.
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
