Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends)
• Department: Food & Beverage / Hospitality

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Rinse and properly load dish racks for efficient washing
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, kitchens, and storage areas
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash to keep all areas sanitary and safe
• Change cleaning solutions regularly and maintain proper sanitation standards
• Assist with basic food prep and kitchen support as needed
• Follow all kitchen procedures and direction from leadership (Steward, Sous Chef, Executive Chef)
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments

Work Environment

• Indoor, high-volume kitchen setting
• Exposure to varying temperatures (hot kitchen areas and cold storage)
• Moderate noise levels
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
