Talent Partner

We’re looking for a highly skilled Talent Partner to join our team at Combine Global Recruitment. As a Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategies, enhancing our competitive advantage, and driving our growth. Acting as a trusted advisor and recruitment expert, you will work closely with senior leaders to deeply understand existing talent needs and future workforce requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leading the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Establishing deep partnerships with hiring teams, fostering a thorough understanding of their needs and providing expert consultation on recruitment processes and market trends.
• Utilising data and market intelligence to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
• Managing innovative sourcing strategies aimed at attracting top-tier talent across various platforms and ensuring candidate pipelines remain robust.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, delivering strategic insights to the team and proactively addressing any potential talent gaps.
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Talent Partner or similar role in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with successfully managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and implementing sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
