Solenis is a 2024 US Best Managed Company, recognized three years in a row. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical (Senior) FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Warsaw. This role will play a critical part in driving key financial planning and analysis processes across a complex and fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, advanced financial modeling skills, and solid business acumen, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and demonstrating a proactive mindset. This role involves supporting a confidential business segment and therefore demands a high level of discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities: Support the entire financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-term strategic planning, and short-term transformation initiatives. Partner with regional finance and business teams to deliver actionable insights and performance analysis Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and key performance metrics Contribute to management presentations and business reviews with clear storytelling and data visualization Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and data quality Support ad hoc analysis, cost optimization efforts, and investment evaluations as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and business driver Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial stems such as OneStream, Tableau a plus Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and proactive mindset Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus What We Offer: Hybrid working schedule Private medical care by Lux-MED Life insurance and Travel insurance Employee retirement plan (PPE) after trial period Sports card (Multisport) - partially employer-funded Employee Assistance Program for Employees and Families How to Apply Interested?
