Join us, grow with us, and together, let's shape the future of biological discovery. ‎ Über diese Rolle In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du eine zentrale Funktion im Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM) und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden dabei, nach längerer oder wiederkehrender Arbeitsunfähigkeit erfolgreich in den Arbeitsalltag zurückzukehren. Du arbeitest eng mit HR, dem Betriebsrat, Führungskräften und weiteren internen wie externen Stakeholdern zusammen und berichtest direkt an den Head of HR DACH. Zudem bringst Du Dich aktiv in lokale Gesundheitsinitiativen am Standort Hilden ein. Deine Aufgaben Koordination und Durchführung des Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements (BEM) gemäß §167 Abs. 2 SGB IX Führen vertraulicher Gespräche mit Mitarbeitenden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Betriebsrat, Führungskräften und weiteren Stakeholdern Sicherstellung der DSGVO-konformen Dokumentation und Erstellung von Berichten Einbindung und Steuerung externer Leistungsträger und Dienstleister in komplexen Fällen Weiterentwicklung der BEM‑Prozesse sowie gesundheitsfördernder Maßnahmen Mitwirkung an lokalen Projekten des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements (BGM) am Standort Unterstützung in weiteren HR‑relevanten Themen im Bereich Gesundheit und Prävention (optional und je nach Bedarf) Dein Profil Erfahrung im Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement oder in der Einzelfallberatung; Kenntnisse in Prävention oder BGM von Vorteil Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Sozialer Arbeit, Personal- oder Gesundheitswesen Wünschenswert: Weiterbildung im Bereich BEM (z. B.
