Client Service Specialist — BCB, Bermuda

If you've ever turned an angry guest into a five-star review, or kept a packed restaurant floor calm during a Friday night rush, you already have half the skills this job needs.

BCB is hiring a Client Service Specialist — no banking background required. This is the role where you become the person clients call when they need help, have a question, or hit a snag with their account. You'll need genuine people skills, patience, and the instinct to make someone feel looked after, not processed. We'll teach you the banking part.

This is a great fit for someone coming from hospitality, retail, or another service-led industry who's ready for a career, not just a job — with real structure, real progression, and a foot in the door of financial services.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

• Being the friendly, reliable point of contact for clients once they're set up with us — answering questions, solving problems, and following through
• Helping clients use our digital banking tools, the same way you'd talk a guest through a new menu or a tricky booking system
• Working closely with other teams to get client issues sorted quickly, rather than bouncing people around
• Keeping clear, accurate records of every conversation and request
• Bringing fresh energy to how we do things — including spotting where new tools or small process tweaks could make service even better

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A genuine love of looking after people, built from hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing work
• The calm to juggle a few things at once without dropping any of them
• Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn new systems
• Discretion and professionalism — clients will trust you with sensitive things
• A degree is a nice-to-have, not a must-have. What matters more is how you treat people
