About The Role

We’re seeking a skilled Integration Specialist with proven experience in e-procurement platforms and B2B Punchout integrations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing, testing, and troubleshooting integrations across systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, and custom-built solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless, efficient, and dependable system connectivity.

What You’ll Do

  • •Configure and implement integrations between B2B Punchout systems and leading e-procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, and Jaggaer.
  • •Utilize EDI and cXML protocols to enable smooth and secure data exchange.
  • •Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of integrations, swiftly identifying and resolving any issues.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity or compatibility challenges across systems.
  • •Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business analysts, and external vendors to align integration requirements and delivery timelines.
  • •Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all integration processes and workflows.
  • •Monitor integration performance and proactively address any potential disruptions to ensure reliability.

What Makes You a Fit

Must-Have

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Demonstrated success in system integration projects, preferably within the e-procurement domain.
  • •Hands-on expertise with B2B Punchout processes and workflows.
  • •Solid understanding of EDI and cXML standards.
  • •Familiarity with major e-procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, and custom-built systems.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex system compatibility and connectivity issues.
  • •Good grasp of procurement workflows and related business processes.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Have

  • •Experience with API-based integrations and web services (SOAP, REST).
  • •Knowledge of procurement ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • •Background in e-commerce integrations or supplier enablement projects.
