Mechanical Designer

• Integral part from strong hardware development team and member in mechanical design team in growing.
• exposure to the company's core technology and to product development processes. involvement in diverse projects. Work on quickly solution and ongoing tasks.
• Mechanical design for R&D projects and participation actively in the development of innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Mechanical engineering graduate (B.sc).
• Experience in mechanical design, one-year experience (personal projects and projects during the studies can be considered as experience. portfolio presenting- advantage).
• Work experience in SolidWorks-must.
• Experience in creating technical drawings.
• knowledge in 3D printing.
• knowledge of manufacturing technologies for plastic and metal parts, prototyping and mass production.
• Knowledge of standard mechanical parts, fasteners and tools.
• Workshop skills with basic mechanical tools for prototyping and quick solutions
• Ability to work independently and rapid learning.
• Hands on engineer.
• Strong teamwork skills, vibe of here to help.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple interfaces. a proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties like customers and subcontractor.
• presentative ability both written and verbal in Hebrew and English.
• High level of attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design of mechanical jigs, fixtures, testers and setups for the R&D department and mass production line. Mechanical reference design for customers and manufacturers.
• Mechanical design of infrastructure projects, include understanding the requirements, conceptual design, defining LLI to purchase, detailed design, performing DRs to project’s forum.

*Electronic packaging.

• Preparation to production, drawings, BOM, assembly instructions, accompanying the production and integration.
• Mechanical support for the other teams in the company. Providing guidance to engineers from other disciplines.
• Strong collaboration with board designer, RF and System engineers.
• Solving mechanical problems and applying quick solutions.
