What you will Do
- Develop and implement category strategies to achieve sales, margin, and inventory turn goals for the mobile category.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and product availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to develop promotions and campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, making adjustments to the product assortment and pricing strategies as needed to maximize sales and profitability.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
- Create and maintain an attractive online shopping experience for customers by optimizing product listings and merchandising.
- Lead regular reviews of category performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in category management, must be in Mobile category.
- Good knowledge in TV category is a plus.
- Proven negotiation skills with vendors and distributors.
- Understanding of e-commerce marketplace dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Inventory management and stock optimization.
- Managing product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
