Service Writer

JOB INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TOO

• -Take service calls
• -Make work orders for customers dropping equipment off
• -Assist customers who are picking up their equipment
• -Provide price quotes for labor and parts and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs
• -Schedule pickup and delivery of equipment
• -Assist the mechanics with getting the proper parts
• -Help coordinate work for the mechanics
• -Help customers with questions at the sales counter
• -Assist customers at the sales counter with plants, mulch, chemicals and parts
• -Answer phone calls for all departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• -Able to use a computer
• -Good communication skills with customers and co-workers
• -Basic mechanical knowledge
• -Reliability
