Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Location: Makati City

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

• Analyze business processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular record checks and investigate any irregularities or gaps.
• Participate in compliance testing and monitor incidents, errors, and breaches.
• Support in developing, reviewing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with business units to promote adherence to internal controls.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in reporting compliance findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with confidentiality and integrity.
