About The Role

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Milton Keynes . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects for the right candidates.

Shift Pattern

Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Week 2: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Monday to Friday

The Role

You will be working across a variety of production departments, including

Assembly
Welding
Rolling
Sorting
Cleaning
General production duties as required

Requirements

You must live in Milton Keynes or be able to reliably commute.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work across different departments.
Good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
