About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the institute.
  • Ensure the operations and reliability of the Institute’s facilities and general infrastructure systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Manage and optimize resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide updates to Management.
  • Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and review safety procedures and measures.
  • Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's business environment and regulations.
