Massage Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record in manual massage therapy, exceptional client service skills, and consistently positive feedback from previous employers and clients.

The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience, excellent therapeutic techniques, and the ability to build trust with clients by delivering high-quality treatments tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional manual massage treatments, including therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, sports, and other massage techniques as required.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and progress notes.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a comfortable, welcoming environment.
• Educate clients on aftercare and wellness recommendations.
• Build long-term client relationships through excellent service.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in excellent condition.
• Adhere to DHA regulations and company policies where applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Strong expertise in manual massage therapy is mandatory.
• Proven experience in therapeutic and body massage techniques.
• Excellent client handling and communication skills.
• Strong history of positive client reviews, testimonials, or recommendations from previous employers.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
• High standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Relevant certifications in Massage Therapy are mandatory.
• DHA eligibility or DHA license is an advantage.
• Experience working in premium wellness centers, luxury spas, aesthetic clinics, rehabilitation centers, or hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of multiple massage modalities.
• Existing repeat clientele is an added advantage.
