  • We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

The Real Estate Financial Analyst will be responsible on following areas

  • Feasibility Studies
  • Financial Models
  • Financial Analysis

Skills

Real Estate Understanding

Excel

Analytical thinking

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in finance or related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of financial analyst experience from real estate field.
  • Open for any nationals base only in Saudi Arabia now

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary will reflect experience levels and interview performance and will be discussed at the later stage.
  • Benefits include
  • 30 Vacation days per year

  • Yearly salary increments as per to the company policy
  • Annual bonus as per to the company policy
