We are looking for a professionally accredited person with a dedicated focus on the IT Talent Acquisition/Recruitment field, specializing in identifying and securing highly specialized global talent within LATAM. Shall be working alongside a team of Talent Acquisition Executives combining her hands-on technical background with a keen business acumen.

Requirements

• Experience working for Nearshoring firms in LATA M (3+ years) as a Tech Recruiter.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Profiling/Resume writing.
• Experience with sourcing and screening for IT profiles.
• Advanced English skills (C1).

Nice to have

• Account Management/ Social Media Management / Client relationship.
