• ● Design end-to-end architecture across AEP modules (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Target).
• ● Translate business requirements into integrated workflows.
• ● Define integration patterns with CRM, OCS, CMS, and loyalty systems.
• ● Deliver high-level and low-level designs, ensuring governance.
• ● Ensure compliance with privacy, scalability, and security standards.
• ● Act as technical authority and guide across implementation teams.
