What We Offer The Manila Advisory Services (MAS) team partners with our Global Advisory teams for gathering relevant data, processing, analyzing, and generating reports with valuable useful insights that help our clients understand the composition of their shareholder base by delivering quality, accurate, and timely shareholder analysis and insights on the financial markets. As a Data Engineer, you will create and automate workflows for the team using various tools. The role will entail collaborating with different MAS teams to identify automation opportunities and to improve efficiency. This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week). What You Will Do Create, produce, and automate workflows for MAS using various automation tools such as RPA and MS VBA Deliver internal automation projects and be fully independent, requiring no supervision Implement automation and monitoring tools through a quality assurance approach including end-to-end testing and building test cases Work with different MAS teams to identify process automation opportunities to increase overall efficiency and productivity Receive, analyze, process, handle and respond to MAS teams’ inquiries, requests, concerns and issues Involved in thought leadership initiatives to encourage and train other employees to develop their own areas of subject matter expertise as it relates to workflow efficiency, tools, and process automation Build technical specification and documentation for new Integration Reports and document solutions for future reference Build and understand existing MAS in-house tools and workflows Help drive the achievement of MAS performance targets through implementation of workflow efficiencies initiatives Act as a liaison between end-users, system owners, external product owners, and project teams Demonstrate exemplary level of internal client engagement Work with various stakeholders on data reporting requirements and proactively provide progress update to management to meet business requirements Observe discipline and act in a manner consistent with the organization's code of conduct and cultural norms, and adherence to MAS, team and manager's requirements What We Expect Preferably with 1 year of work experience performing the above responsibilities or a similar role Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields such as data analysis and programming Excellent management and analytical capabilities of large databases Experience in data process automation in Microsoft Office Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Strong background in Python and RPA Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply What Would Be Helpful Experience in MS VBA, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SQL or any related programming capabilities Does It Sound Like You?
