Server/ Bartender

• The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable, genuinely
• friendly, food and beverage service in a timely manner and deliver the ultimate guest
• experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on food & drink selections.
• Maintain a clean and organized area.
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers.
• Stocking the bar inventory when needed

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in a reputable bar/restaurant
• Language: French
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and brewing
• techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers
• Professional, enthusiastic, energetic, a people person
• Able to work and communicate well.
• Able to lift to 50lb, reach, bend, push and stoop.
• Able to work in a standing position for a long period of time.
