Senior Product Designer

At Laundryheap , we’re building the future of laundry and home services. Our platform operates across multiple markets globally, helping customers schedule pickups and deliveries with speed, reliability, and convenience.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Design er to help shape experiences across our customer apps, web platform, and internal operational tools.

What you’ll do

• Design end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams
• Turn business and user problems into intuitive and scalable solutions
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and production ready UI designs
• Contribute to and evolve our design system
• Use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve experiences
• Participate in product discovery and help shape roadmap discussions
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI deliverables
• Experience designing mobile-first consumer experiences
• Experimentation and A/B testing
• Good understanding of product thinking, user behavior, and interaction design
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain design decisions
• Proficiency in Figma and other design workflows
• Attention to detail with a pragmatic mindset

Nice to have

• Experience working on operational or logistics products
• Familiarity with experimentation / A/B testing
• Experience maintaining design systems
• Experience in iterative design approaches

Work Schedule

• 9-hour workday (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
• 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
• Shift timings: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (IST)
• Office-based role in Bengaluru
