Support daily operational activities within the department.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports.
Participate in improvement projects and contribute with proposals or solutions.
Learn and apply company procedures, standards, and tools relevant to the role.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish assigned tasks.
Prepare documentation, presentations, and follow-ups as required.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the PM to support the team.
