Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Objective

To deliver high-quality products and services to internal and external customers in line with established service standards.
To support the unit in adhering to risk and control guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

Perform clerical functions and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Lead/Section Manager.
Answer in-scope enquiries from internal and external customers.
Participate in project implementation.
Execute maker or checker functions assigned by Team/Section Manager, including system input/authorization, data/information verification, document handling, application screening for compliance, document preparation, and liaison with service providers.
Propose and execute resolutions for problems and exceptions.
Handle and manage projects.
Escalate any exceptions, problems, errors, or abnormal transactions identified during processing to the Team/Section Manager or Department Manager.
Suggest improvement opportunities to the Team/Section Manager when applicable.
Collaborate with team members to achieve assigned tasks.
Achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements

Strong sense of risk and fraud control.
Good in PC skills.
'A' Level or above; Degree or related Diploma preferred.
