Senior Finance Manager – FICC & EQD, Finance

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily financial accounting & book keeping of related legal entities.
• Assist in daily and monthly FRR reporting of licenced corporations
• Prepare various reconciliation reports between external and internal parties
• Prepare client money segregation & desegregation
• Participate in special projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct year-end audit & regulatory assignment
• Complete regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to different stakeholder
• Participate in financial statements and year-end tax filing
• Process improvements and strengthen internal control

Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in financial service or financial reporting
• Have technical / product knowledge on Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income
• CPA or equivalent qualification
• Big 4 professional firms experience would be an advantage
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership
• Team player, good personality and motivation.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
