District Sales Operations and T&I Coordinator

About The Role
Using strong communication skills and deadline management, Sales Operations / T&I; will effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job
functions, accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope, and have the ability to perform in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
The District Sales Operations / T&I; Coordinator role supports all Business Development efforts in the district and supports Transition & Implementation duties for awarded business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in sales meetings, lead management, training, and onboarding.
- Delivers sales reports and advocates for sales enablement tools.
- Facilitates bid responses, manages events, and supports local marketing.
- Manages transition projects, defining scope, timelines, and resolving issues.
- Participates in training and personal development.
- Proficient in Office Suite, able to work off-site and travel.
- Demonstrates customer service, reliability, collaboration, and communication.
- Exhibits company culture attributes and pursues ongoing training.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to influence others.
