About The Role

As a part of the Fashion Regional Marketing team , you will report to the Client Engagement manager and will focus on client communication coordination, clienteling, clients services, with a specific focus on Top clients engagement.

In this role you will work with the markets of the region (Switzerland, Latin America & India) on multiple topics gaining a valuable experience on project coordination and contribute to the overall success of our regional organization.

R esponsibilities

Client Communication

  • Coordinate 1-to-many communication and liaise between the global team and regional digital team.
  • Share digital communication tools with markets within the region (1-to-1 communication).
  • Coordinate and follow-up the orders of printed communication tools and clients gifts.
  • Collect market feedback and share them with regional and global team.
  • Update and nurture the monthly marketing newsletter, to be shared with the markets of the region.
  • Analyse clients communication campaigns results.

Clients services

  • Ensure global services guideline are well shared within the region.
  • Coordinate the Mystery shopping waves and their results with an external agency as well as local team.
  • Collaborate with European team in the coordination of Chanel Customer Service.
  • Ensure that the information of the regional boutique pages are updated.

TOP CLIENTS ENGAGEMENT & EXPERIENCES

  • Support the Top Clients Jr. Manager in the planning and roll-out of Top clients experiences, such as fashion shows and other global experiences, by coordinating with global teams and the agency to ensure the journey is coherent.
  • Support the maintenance and update of analytical tools such as the Top Clients Tracker
  • Participate in the development of internal tools (videos, trainings) to animate the markets about various topics (hospitality best practices, yearly reviews etc.)
  • Support the logistics of top client experiences, including invitation management, gifting, bookings, and coordination with local markets.
  • Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Help collect and analyse qualitative feedback and ROI data to improve future experiences.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master Degree program (Business School, Specialised Master), you have a successful first international experience.
  • Detailed oriented and with excellent organisational abilities, you are willing to work on the set-up of new projects and ways of collaborating.
  • At ease with numbers, you are willing to work on experiences and communication reporting (quantitative and qualitative).
  • With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you appreciate to work in a multicultural team and are interested in discovering the world of Fashion and Luxury
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and open to learn new tools.

Job Conditions

An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions

  • The internship must be part of your study program.
  • The internship must be required for the completion of your degree.
  • The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits.

  • Contract: Full-time internship (100%) and in-person
  • Start date: January 4, 2027
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Working days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Geneva
  • Fluent in French and English
  • A plus: Spanish, Portuguese
